The following guidelines will assist you in planning a smooth, hassle free conference:
Confirm your required
conference date with a signed booking form and a paid deposit or Voucher/ORDER. This may seem obvious but
there have been incidences where conferences have been planned and finalized on temporary bookings alone.
Any changes in delegate numbers should be communicated well in advance with the hotel to prevent a loss of
delegate fees as the billing is done on the booked number of guests.
Check the equipment you will need for your conference and make the necessary bookings as soon as possible.
Indicate what room set-up is required. You are most welcome to ask for our recommendation to ensure an

Indicate if the delegates attending the conference will be having lunch and at what time.
If the delegates will be having lunch inform the hotel of any special dietary requirement such as halaal,
