How It Works:

  1. Register on www.manhattanhotel.co.za
  2. You will receive your membership number on registration.
  3. As a Manhattan Hotel frequent guest you will enjoy 2.5% back on your full account. This will be converted to points . 1 Point equals R1-00.
  4. Your loyalty rewards points will show on or before the 15th of the following month.
  5. Membership fee for the Manhattan Hotel Loyalty Rewards Programme is FREE.
  6. If you have not used your loyalty points and it has accumulated to 500 points, a R500-00 Woolworths vouchers will be available to collect.

 

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Manhattan Hotel Pretoria ("THE COMPANY") reserves the right to amend or discontinue this programme, or parts thereof, on reasonable notice.
  2. The Company reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is subsequently found to be not in accordance with Manhattan Hotel's stated terms and conditions (as amended from time to time). Manhattan Hotel also reserves the right to call for copies of hotel accounts as evidence of amounts paid and points credited, either before or after the points are credited or redemptions made, and these may be subject to audit.
  3. The Company is not liable for any omissions, acts, or defaults made by any of the Programme Partners.
  4. The Company cannot be held responsible for correspondence sent to you, which is lost or delayed in the mail.
  5. By making use of the Loyalty Programme, guests acknowledge that they are aware of the conditions of use. To ensure you receive your membership benefits and rewards, please quote your loyalty membership number when making your bookings and on check-in at the hotel.
  6. Benefits are applicable/ granted once you are in receipt of a valid loyalty membership number.
  7. All bookings are subject to existing terms and conditions.
  8. Unless otherwise stated, all bookings and benefits are subject to availability.
  9. The Hotel reserves the right to verify the member's identity to ensure the member receives all applicable benefits and rewards.
  10. The Hotel reserves the right to request positive identification of the member.
  11. The Loyalty Programme is valid only at the Manhattan Hotel Pretoria.
  12. Loyalty benefits are applicable only when the member personally occupies the room.
  13. No benefit may be redeemed for value or otherwise exchanged.
  14. Loyalty points are not transferable and may be used only for the benefit of the card holder. Misuse of your membership can result in its cancellation, forfeiture of accumulated Loyalty points, and any other action considered appropriate by Manhattan Hotel's sole discretion.
  15. Any government taxes levied will be for the member's account.
  16. Loyalty points discount is valid at Manhattan Hotel only. The discounts include the following:
    • Discount on a spa visit
    • Discount on accommodation
    • Discount on drinks
    • Discount on either breakfast, lunch or dinner
    • You also have the benefit of using your loyalty card at any of the retail partners listed for discounted rates.

WHILST THE MATERIAL SET OUT IN THIS BROCHURE IS PREPARED WITH THE UTMOST CARE AND ACCURACY, MANHATTAN HOTEL (PTY) LTD ("THE COMPANY") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES OR ANY SUCH MATERIAL OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY IT, AND THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, UNLESS SUCH DAMAGE IS ATTRIBUTABLE TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR AN INTENTIONAL ACT OF THE COMPANY
  18. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE MATERIAL SET OUT HEREIN. THE COMPANY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OMISSIONS, ACTS AND DEFAULTS MADE BY ANY OF THE PROGRAMME PARTNERS.
  19. No travel agent commission is payable on any Loyalty point redemption booking.
  20. Rates quoted are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are available for South African Residents only.
